☀️ 2021 Artist of Life Workbook
The Artist of Life Workbook was born out of the exercises and ideas that helped me create my dream life. These pages will help you understand who you are, clarify what you want, and hold yourself accountable to the actions that will make your dream life a reality.
This is the fifth edition of the workbook, and I’m proud of the many iterations that got us here. Each year, I’ve redesigned the workbook according to your feedback and new knowledge that I have gained. I am confident that if you commit to filling out this workbook and using it to guide you throughout the year, your life will change in ways that will astonish you.

2020 was a challenging year for a lot of us. The fear, the uncertainty, the chaos and anxiety. It was harder to feel motivated or be productive when there’s so much going on in the world, and so much that’s out of our control.
I questioned myself this year: How can I still talk about creating your dream life, in this broken, less-than-ideal world? How do you build your dreams within a structure that is flawed?
The foundational belief behind Lavendaire is the idea that each one of us is an artist of life, with the power to envision and create our dream life. Life is an art—and the journey is in learning to become a better artist.
While this could mean creating your life on the individual level, it’s become more apparent this year that as individuals, we make up the whole, and as such, we can’t create without considering the whole. Now more than ever, being an artist of life means not only creating your own life, but also envisioning and creating a better world together.
If you’re not happy with the life you’re living, you have the power to change that. The same goes for society. If we’re not happy with what we’ve created, we have the power to change that. The first step is awareness through reflection. And 2020 has definitely been a reflective year.
In the midst of the pandemic and societal tensions, this year felt like the “storm” that needed to happen in order for us to open our eyes, recognize our flaws, and begin to heal and make positive change. If there was any year to shake us awake into consciousness, it is this one now.
Napoleon Hill once said: “Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit.” Even though it was a difficult and strange year, within this experience holds the seeds of our future success.
So I look forward with hope, still a dreamer but grounded in reality. Not ignoring the world’s problems but acknowledging how they have shaped us & our society. And recognizing that we still have the power to reshape this world into a more just and ideal place, if we have the courage to try.
So if 2020 was the storm that brought the rain to cleanse society and help us reset…
Let 2021 be: A sunny day. Full of hope, new chances, and new beginnings. Because after the darkness, comes the light. And there are definitely brighter days ahead.
This year, I’m proud to share the redesigned 2021 Artist of Life Workbook, a guided journal to help you create your most inspiring and intentional year. Inspired by what personally helped me in my journey, the Artist of Life Workbook is filled with 150 pages of questions & exercises designed to help you create your dream life with confidence.
With sections for self discovery, self love, goal setting, overcoming fear, habit tracking, gratitude journaling and more, the Artist of Life Workbook helps you stay focused and accountable towards making a positive, lasting change in your life. It’s a tool to keep you inspired, motivated, and organized, taking you from where you are to where you want to be.
The 2021 workbook comes in 2 colors: pastel yellow & pastel blue, symbolizing a sunny sky.
In this 5th edition of the workbook, I took extra care to renew the design, asking myself: How would I design this if I had to start over? What can I let go, and what new exercises can I add?
We’ve added 20 more pages of content, and you’ll find that this version is quite an update from last year’s.

2020 already felt like a year of missed opportunities. Don’t let 2021 be another one. Don’t let fear keep you from going after your dreams. If you allow yourself to settle for less, you lose control over your life, and you dim your light. If you don’t decide what you want, someone else will.
So, what choice will you make? In the face of darkness and adversity, will you choose to light up, or will you allow your light to dim?
I hope you make the choice to live fully and dare greatly.
